January 2009 January 2009 saw the launch of the Character Options Series 1-2-3 Collect & Build Incentive.

Launching with the Gelth, collectors are able to build their very own Gelth Phantoms figure as seen in the Series 3 episode, ‘The Unquiet Dead’ if purchasing the full wave of figures.

Contained within each figure pack is one part of the Gelth Phantoms figure and once all 7 parts are collected, the figure can be built.
